Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from privateplaytime.co (the "Site").

Payment Information: Payment card details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We never have access to your complete card details.

These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office and European Commission.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

data retention
We retain different types of personal information for different periods:
- Order Information: We retain your order details, including name, address, and purchase history for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements.
- Marketing Preferences: We retain your marketing preferences and contact details until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Device Information: Analytics and device data is typically retained for up to 26 months.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we retain your information until you request account deletion.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy.
